So finally here are the new pictures of our new townhome. We are absolutely in love with it! I havent even began to touch the upstairs yet. I have our bedroom and the game room to finish. It will be done soon though. Im getting a hand made quilt from my mom tonight that my Grandma made. Its going to look amazing on our bed. Im thinking maybe some vintage lamps and stuff are in our near future! I cant wait!

So we got the knee scooter FINALLY! Well its more or less a fun event at our house. Ron keeps asking to take it outside to get the mail like its a toy! NOPE! Sorry sir. Not going to happen. If he broke it we would be screwed! Well I would...anyway the big day is Monday! Ankle surgery here I come!

1 year? Already?

So remember this post? The first ever post of our blog?

Well it wasn't necessarily the mark of our first year together since I started this blog about 2 months after the fact. Needless to say, Ron and I this weekend will reach our one year mark as a couple :) cheesy I know. But never the less fun!

We have gone through our share of ups and downs, more ups I assure you. But we have had so much fun together this past year I couldnt ask for anything more.

Here are some of our major events that took place in our sweet little one year...

• Moved twice. (yes I said twice)
• Bought a truck
• became owners of a WONDERFUL puppy Marcie
• Won our first ever $80 at a casino together.
• Went to Kings Island
• Took a road trip to Chicago
• Wished we could have taken more vacations lol...
• Whitney broke her foot and bruised her toe
• Took a wonderful weekend to Holiday World
• Hung out with our amazing friends :)

Ron and I have had a pretty eventful 1st year together and we  hope to have many more years as a couple. Im so excited to see what our future has in store for us. We cant wait!

Lazy Wednesday

We had a very relaxed Wednesday. We had sloppy joes for dinner (Rons favorite) then Ron watched a little of a movie while I went out and cleaned off where the landscaping guys made a mess of our porch. Then Brittney came over so Ron could unlock her iPhone, which was successful. Marcie played, Brittney and I watched secret life. All in all it was a very relaxing night. We ended it in a game of Words with Friends. Love that game!

VIP Dinner Club-Old Spaghetti Factory

Ron, Brittney, Hernan and myself all headed out for our first edition of VIP Dinner Club. We all decided on Old Spaghetti Factory. decided on Old Spaghetti Factory. Everything was delicious! Our waitress on the other hand was someone who Brittney and I could have punched in the face. She had a comeback for EVERYTHING! She was calling Ron princess and high maintenance, then calling Hernan Petey or Patrone...she was very strange. We all shared good laughs and good conversations, which is normal when all of us are together. There is never a dull moment. We left OSF and headed down to the circle for some South Bend Chocolate Company hot chocolate. It was a perfect night with friends. Brittney gets to choose next months outing. I hear a PF Changs is in the works!!

Crown Royal Jail Break Weekend

This past weekend we went over to Mom and Davids to watch Little Fockers. While there Mom and I adventured out to different stores, back home, then out again.

Well we eventually ended up at Meijer, for three specific things.
Weed killer, coke, and Crown Royal Black for Ron.
(only because mom SPOILS him!)

So anyway Mom went through one line, me through another. I took the Crown Royal. Scanned, paid for and bagged. Only to get home and realize one thing.

THE SECURITY TAG WAS STILL ON.
So needless to say a couple of tools that I have no idea what they are later, we had a usable Crown Royal. Enjoy the video below...
